Robert upgraded my laptop hard drive to a new SSD. I coudn't believe the change in speed. I wish I had known about this earlier. I thought I had bought a fast laptop but now with the SSD it flies.

Bob was absolutely fantastic at fixing my laptop. He was professional and kept me up to date continuously with my issue. Bob was very honest and direct and I felt extremely comfortable with his advise as I had other technicians giving me some advice which I didn’t feel was the right choice to make and was quite a rip off (especially as I have no idea about computers!!). I’m so glad I came across Bob after not being satisfied with the information from others. Bob was very reasonably priced and extremely helpful at the same time. He fixed my laptop in a timely manner and saved me so much money from purchasing a new laptop! Nothing was an issue for him. I had a problem after that I couldn’t seem to resolve myself, so he fixed the laptop for me remotely, and once again wasn’t an issue for Bob, he fixed it right away and guided me through it in case future errors were to occur. If you have any issues with your computer/laptop, I urge you to see Bob, you will not be disappointed and be really happy with the services and quality that Bob offers. Thanks heaps Bob!! 😊

Robert has been the best by far computer repairer that we have ever experienced and we have tried just about all of them. We had some rare and complex issues that no one else could resolve even after days of trying. Robert came along and it did not take him long to work out the issues.
